Angus Cameron, completed Dentistry at the University of Sydney in 1984 and was the first to complete thespecialist training program in Paediatric Dentistry in New South Wales (NSW) in 1991. He is currently Head of Paediatric Dentistry at Westmead Hospital and Clinical Associate Professor and Head of Discipline in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Sydney. He also holds academic appointments at the University of Newcastle and Charles Sturt University, NSW and is a Visiting Senior Specialist at the Children's Hospital at Westmead.

Angus' main interests are in the management of dental and oro-facial anomalies, and paediatric oral medicine and pathology.  He has been involved in the delivery of dental care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in remote areas of the Northern Territory of Australia and has a special interest in indigenous oral health. He has lectured extensively throughout Australia and internationally and is the co-editor of two textbooks of paediatric dentistry.
